Other Details: Got this via message\n\nHello . I found the below pup ( female 2 months old) at shell petrol bunk on the outer ring road ( next to ecospace ). She looks lost and consideri g the rains he probably ran away from one of the communities near by. She has a red collar so he was being looked after. He at two packs of cake ( could not get anything at midnight ) and we waited around for an hour to see if anyone came looking for him. We had to get back to work and unfortunately we had to leave him there. Could anyone else pick her up and shelter him until his owner is located or if someone adopts him ?
