Other Details: My 3yr old Rocky (shihtzu) was stolen when he was sitting on our building compound on 8th october. He usually likes to sit there for some fresh air and looking at vehicles. We always keep an eye on him through window while he's there outside but didn't expect this to happen. Please help me share this and find him soon.
