Other Details: The guy is lost, i saw him in roopena agara, the owner does not seems to be around, and neither the dog is looking like on a off lesh roam, but rather feels lost, i tried getting his attention, but he isnt responsive. he was roaming around roopena agara bus stop around 11 morning of 11 jan 2020.
